• Photos you provide: Selfies and images you upload or capture in the app to generate AI headshots.
• Account information: If you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name, and profile ID as provided by Google.
• Device & app usage: We may collect anonymous usage data (e.g. app version, device type) to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and deliver AI-generated headshots based on your photos.
• To manage your account, subscriptions, and purchases (e.g. via Google Play).
• To store your generated headshots and preferences on your device and, if you are signed in, to sync them with our servers.
• To respond to support requests and to improve the app and security.

3. Permissions We Use

Our app may request the following permissions:

• Camera: To take selfies directly in the app for headshot generation.
• Photos / Media: To let you choose existing photos from your device and to save generated headshots to your gallery (if you allow it).
• Internet: To process images, verify subscriptions, and sync data.

We only access data needed for these features and do not use your camera or photos for any purpose other than described here.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only:

• With service providers that help us operate the app (e.g. hosting, AI processing), under strict agreements.
• When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service and as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

6. Your Choices

You can revoke camera and photo permissions in your device settings. You can sign out of your account in the app. Deleting the app will remove locally stored data; server-side data may be retained according to our retention policy.

7. Children

Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
